From April 17, 2023, Ru9 applies a new shipping policy as follows:

Note:

• Free standard delivery within two days for orders over 1,500,000 VND.
• Delivery time from 8 am to 20 pm all days of the week (Not applicable for public holidays / New Year or have a separate policy for the above days).
• Time to receive complaints: within 7 days from the time the order is successfully delivered (Customers need a video of opening the product to confirm the defect).
• Support shipping upstairs for provincial orders (commitment response rate over 90%).
• Mattress collection and exchange will be done on the same day.The fee for mattress recovery and exchange is calculated on the price of 1 mattress, for orders exchanged from the 2nd mattress onwards, the fee is calculated according to = (Unit price) x (number of mattresses)
• Orders to recover/exchange mattresses in HCM and HN areas that require processing faster than the standard time will be subject to a surcharge of 200,000/order.
• Orders placed after 5pm will add 1 day shipping.
