CertiPUR-US®

Foams of Ru9 mattress has been certified by CertiPUR-US® - a certification program for flexible polyurethane foam used in bedding and upholstered furniture. With the transparent process, Ru9 foams have met CertiPUR-US® standards for content, emissions, and durability, and has been analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.

Specifically, Ru9 foams are certified that:

✓ Made without ozone depleters

✓ Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (”Tris”) flame retardants

✓ Made without mercury, lead, and other heavy metals

✓ Made without formaldehyde

✓ Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission

✓ Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million) Ru9 foams are tested and analyzed twice in the first year, and re-certified annually thereafter.

OEKO-TEX®

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is an independent and comprehensive international certification for textile products founded in 1992 and quickly became a worldwide prestigious certification by strict testing standards. Through the inspection process according to OEKO-TEX® 's comprehensive and rigorous measurement system, tencel fabric for Niu pillow of Ru9 has been certified safe for the health of users. Specifically:

✓ Important legal regulations.

✓ Numerous harmful chemicals, even if they are not yet legally regulated.

✓ Meet the criteria of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® - is built from leading experts in conjunction with the international standards.

✓ Requirements from the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regarding lead.

✓ Manufacturing process environmentally friendly.

The precondition for the certification of products in accordance with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is that all parts of an article meet the required criteria - in addition to the outer fabric, for example, also the sewing threads, inserts, prints etc., as well as non-textile accessories, such as buttons, zip fasteners, rivets etc.
