Social Media Manager

Overview:

Ru9, a leading direct-to-consumer brand in the sleep industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. With social media being our primary marketing channel, this role is pivotal for our brand's success. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategy, and analytics to enhance Ru9's online presence, engage with our audience, and drive conversions. This role involves team leadership, collaboration with content creators, and influencer partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and sales targets.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Creator Collaboration: Work with freelance content creators and influencers to produce engaging content that resonates with our audience and expands our reach.
  • Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and create and/or manage social media campaigns.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, including the management of social media ads to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Trends Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends and tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to create a cohesive and successful brand voice.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in managing and executing social media strategies with clear KPI improvements in engagement rate, conversion rate, and reach.
  • Social Media Expertise: Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills and ability to produce visually appealing content.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate a clear, persuasive argument and to communicate complex information accurately.
  • Innovative Thinking: Ability to identify new opportunities and channels for brand promotion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

    1. Measure the revenue generated from affiliate marketing campaigns to evaluate the ROI and effectiveness of these partnerships.
  4. Follower Growth Rate
  5. Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS):
    1. Evaluate the efficiency of paid social campaigns by calculating the revenue generated for every dollar spent.
  6. Customer Satisfaction and Response Rate:
    1. Assess customer satisfaction through social interactions and monitor the response rate and time to ensure community engagement and support.
