Position Overview
Ru9 is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, driving measurable results and growth for the business. As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to maximize ROI.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing ad platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management and Optimization (50%)

Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions through message and web purchases.

Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives to identify high-performing strategies.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
2. Performance Analysis and Reporting (30%)

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the Digital Marketing Lead, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in campaigns and strategies.
3. Budget Management and Planning (10%)

Assist in managing marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels for maximum ROI.

Monitor daily ad spend and ensure campaigns stay within the allocated budget.

Provide input on forecasting and planning for future campaigns based on historical data and market trends.
4. Market Research and Trend Analysis (10%)

Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to ensure Ru9’s campaigns remain competitive and innovative.

Identify new opportunities for growth across emerging platforms or underutilized channels.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with hands-on experience running paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.
Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Knowledge of key performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to optimize them.

Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Basic knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid campaigns is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
