    Ru9 is looking for an Performance Ads & Website Intern (Full-time) to join our team of dreamers.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Ads & Website Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing performance advertising campaigns and optimizing website functionality.     What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:

    1. Performance Advertising:

    • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

    2. Website Optimization:

    • Collaborate with the web development team to implement changes aimed at improving website performance and user experience.
    • Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the implementation of SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.

    3. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on the performance of advertising campaigns and website metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance overall digital marketing strategy.

    4. Content Integration:

    • Work closely with content creators to ensure that advertising campaigns align with the overall content strategy.
    • Collaborate on the integration of compelling content into advertising initiatives.

     5. Testing and Experimentation:

    • Support the planning and execution of A/B testing on various website elements and ad creatives.
    • Analyze test results and implement changes based on data-driven insights.

    Who are you:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and performance advertising platforms.
    • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
