Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy Development (30%)

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Ru9’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.

Identify content opportunities to support business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ content strategies.
2. Content Creation (40%)
-
Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various channels, including:

Blog articles and website copy.
-
Social media posts and campaigns.
-
Email marketing campaigns.
-
Product descriptions and landing pages.
-
Video scripts and ad copy.
-

Manage and produce platform-specific content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Work with brand and creative production teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
3. Social Media Management (20%)

Develop and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement across platforms.
-
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align organic and paid social strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging for campaigns.

Monitor social media trends and proactively experiment with new formats (e.g., TikTok videos, Instagram Reels).
-
Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to improve content strategies.
-

Continuously optimize existing content for better SEO rankings, readability, and engagement.

Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create high-converting ad copy and A/B test campaigns.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing.
-
Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content that drives results.
-
Exceptional writing and editing skills in Vietnamese (fluency in English is a strong advantage).

Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their role in D2C marketing.
-
Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization best practices.
-
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-
Ability to create platform-specific content, including short-form videos, carousel posts, and high-performing ad copy.
-
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies.
-
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
-
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
