Social Media Manager

Ru9 is looking for the Social Media Manager to join our team of dreamers.

In this role, you will be the Voice of Ru9. You will develop communication framework across paid/earned/organic channels to engage with our current customers and inspire new ones to join the Ru9 lifestyle. You will be in charge of content and editorial plans, its development and production, working with CX team to inject brand voice naturally into personal conversation flow, create and manage communities as well as lifestyle merchandise production.

Ru9 is a sleep company that aims to improve the life quality by offering design-conscious sleep products with best-in-class customer service. Starting off with Vietnam, where quality sleep is still considered a luxury.

What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:

• Mastermind-ing on how to become champion in customer engagement and drive brand awareness across digital channels
• Deliver wow-moments by developing unique brand voice
• Leverage social listening tools to provide consumer insights and cultural trends to the business to help inform innovation, creative development, media targeting and memorable experiences
• Develop and execute efficient Influencer and Referral campaigns
• Manage content production of different formats
• Responsible for leading and training junior team members
• Last but not least, social media marketing is not just a flare. You will directly influence company's revenue growth by integrating social media into commercial objectives and new opportunities

Who are you:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in content strategy and/or digital/social planning, with a proven ability to use content to drive business performance and brand equity
• Domain expertise in all things social - with a deep understanding of major platforms and their respective strengths and demographics
• Experience working in an omni-channel environment, where engaging and consistent content will be required for all distribution channels
• Impeccable writing skills
• Experience managing and growing a team
