Graphic Designer

Position Overview
Ru9 is seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including websites, product packaging, social media, and advertising campaigns. This role requires a combination of artistic skill and marketing expertise to communicate ideas through images and layout.
Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Conceptualization: Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive range of visual materials that align with marketing strategies and brand identity.
  • Design Creation: Produce high-quality designs for digital and print, including social media graphics, website visuals, product packaging, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
  • Social Photography: Capture and edit social photographs that complement design projects and enhance the visual storytelling of the Ru9 brand, ensuring that all imagery is cohesive with the overall design work.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Ru9's brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and integrate new design trends into Ru9's visual content.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Have a passion for photography and willing to experiment new skill (no previous experience required).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintaining a high level of consistency across all designed materials in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Design Quality: High-quality designs that require minimal revisions and meet company standards.
  • Engagement Metrics: Achieving targeted engagement rates for visual content on digital platforms (e.g., click-through rates, likes, shares).
  • Innovation and Creativity: Introducing fresh and innovative design ideas that enhance brand perception and audience engagement.
  • Collaboration Efficiency: Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction with design work.
