Media Performance Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Media Executive will play a crucial role in driving the quantity and quality of traffic to the Ru9 website and other e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.). This individual will work closely with the Marketing Revenue team, who optimizes conversion rates for on-site traffic, and collaborate with the Brand team to produce engaging ad content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and running media campaigns across various online ad channels, along with strong data analytics skills and the ability to build dashboards and track performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across various online ad channels, including Meta ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
  • Drive traffic to Ru9’s website and e-commerce pages, ensuring both quantity and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Revenue team to optimize the conversion of traffic.
  • Work with the Brand team to develop and produce click-worthy ad content that converts.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online advertising and digital marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital media planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Meta ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards for tracking performance metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a focus on producing engaging and high-converting ad content.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing Tools.
  • Experience in the retail sector or cross-border commerce is preferred.

Các lớp foam trong nệm Ru9 đã được kiểm định chất lượng bởi chứng nhận uy tín và phổ biến nhất trên thế giới về foam - CertiPUR-US®.
