    Ru9 is looking for an E-commerce Intern (Full-time) to join our team of dreamers.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our dynamic team.     What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:

    1. Product Management:

    • Assist in the management of product listings on our e-commerce platform.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
    • Collaborate on the creation of compelling product descriptions and imagery.

    2. Order Fulfillment:

    • Support the order processing and fulfillment process.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
    • Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

    3. Customer Support:

    • Assist in providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Contribute to the development of customer support documentation.

    4. Digital Marketing Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure product promotions are effectively communicated.
    • Assist in the implementation of e-commerce-related marketing campaigns.

    5. Data Analysis:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track e-commerce performance metrics.
    • Assist in generating reports and providing insights to improve online sales.

    6. Market Research:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights to inform e-commerce strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

    Who are you:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and performance advertising platforms.
    • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
