    Q: Who is this warranty for and used for?

    A: Your Ru9 Mattress has a 10-year Full Replacement Warranty.

    Our mattresses are designed and manufactured with durable usability, and we are proud to maintain this absolute warranty as a testament to our confidence in this product.

    This warranty is not transferable and is only valid if you are (a) the original buyer and the current owner of Ru9 mattress you are in need of Warranty and (b) purchased the mattress directly. from Ru9 authorized distribution channel – specifically RU9.VN website

    In particular, this warranty applies to the following defects, provided that these defects arise or appear in the context in which you have handled, stored and used the Product for the intended purpose. The intended product and does not apply conditions that may cause damage or damage beyond the normal wear and tear level when used:

    1. Concave or deflection can be observed with eyes larger than 25mm in the mattress material. This refers to a visible deflection in the absence of any weight acting on the mattress surface. Please note that the term “normal wear” is used in the hypothetical case and requires that the mattress be placed on an appropriate cushion surface that is capable of supporting the distributed weight of the human body and weight of the mattress itself.     A: We will repair or replace defective Products or defective components of the Product

    In the event of a manufacturing defect in a part of the Product, such as a mattress cover, we may choose to repair or replace the part instead of replacing the entire mattress, and we reserve the right to make a decision to choose the appropriate Warranty policy. If we choose to replace the Product or component of the Product, we will replace the defective product with a sample, product version, color, or style available at the time of replacement, likely to different from some original products. Any such repair or replacement will not extend the original warranty period, nor will it begin a new warranty period.

    For example, Ru9 mattresses are designed for use on a solid and hard surface with a structure capable of supporting the weight of mattresses and users located on mattresses, such as on bed supports (for example, bed frames). or background).     More specifically, this Warranty excludes: (a) Product defects and minor aesthetic defects;

    A: Your Niu Pillow is covered by a 2 Year Full Replacement Limited Warranty to ensure long-lasting quality of sleep.

    Q: Who and what does this Warranty cover?

    A: This 2 Year Warranty is not transferable and covers you only if you (a) are the original purchaser and current owner of the Niu Pillow for which you are seeking recourse under the Warranty; (b) purchased it directly from an authorized Ru9 distribution channel; (c) The warranted pillow is in Vietnam at the warranty time.

    Specifically, this Warranty covers the defects of foam, provided that the Niu Pillow is handled, maintained, and used only for its intended purpose in indoor conditions, in dry place and have not subjected it to conditions likely to cause deterioration or damage beyond normal wear:

    a. A visible indentation or sag greater than 2cm in the foam material. This refers to an indentation that is visible when no weight is applied to the top of the product and the product is placed on a flat surface that can support the weight of head and neck.

    b. Any manufacturing defect such as a visible crack on the foam surface that is greater than 3cm.

    c. Any manufacturing error of pillow cover such as torn, damaged or pulled zipper will only be resolved within the first 100 nights.

    Q: What will Ru9 do?

    A: As soon as we receive the information of the product that needs to be warranted, we will conduct inspection and evaluation of warranty level, thereby giving the appropriate warranty plan.

    If the Niu Pillow has a manufacturing defect in foam, we will replace the foam with current version of the foam at the time of replacement (which may be different in certain aspects from the original).

    Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

    Q: What is not covered by this Warranty?

    A: This Warranty does not cover changes to your pillow that are caused by or result from normal wear and use. Nor do we cover changes caused by or resulting from circumstances or uses that go beyond the ordinary, intended maintenance and uses of a pillow.

    In addition, some degree of individualization of your Niu Pillow should be covered in this Warranty (color, soft or firm,…). Imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use and enjoyment of the Pproduct by a reasonable person are not considered to be defects (wrinkled surface, asymmetrical corners,…)

    More specifically, this Warranty excludes:
    (a) minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws;
    (b) normal wear and tear;
    (c) tears, stains, soiling, burns, and discoloration that occur over time;
    (d) dampness or mold;
    (e) individual or personalized preferences, relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.;
    (f) natural subsidence of foam under conditions of normal use;
    (g) individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities;
    (h) naturally occurring cotton or foam aromas.

    In addition, this Warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse, or neglect. Accordingly, the following circumstances, if discovered upon inspection, will void your Warranty:
    (a) any unsanitary condition;
    (b) burns;
    (c) improper use of the Product;
    (d) physically abusing the Product;
    (e) attempting to clean the Product in an inappropriate manner;
    (f) purchase from resellers who are not authorized retailers.
