Overview:
Ru9, a leading direct-to-consumer brand in the sleep industry, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This vital role encompasses the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade marketing, events, and partnerships. We require a candidate with exceptional execution capabilities, adept project management skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute detailed marketing plans for product launches and promotions, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and outlining strategies.
  • Trade Marketing: Manage trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through retail channels.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and other events that align with Ru9’s marketing objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to expand brand reach and leverage external audiences.
  • Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize CRM data to gain insights into customer behavior, segment audiences, personalize communications, and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and creative teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with target markets and adhere to campaign timelines.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against ROI and key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing with a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them with precision.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in competitor analysis and market research.
