Executive Assistant To The CEO
Ru9 is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team.
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO to provide executive support in a professional, strong and efficient manner. This job is suitable for anyone who is confident, independent and agile with excellent communication skills with the desire to build their pathway in organizational management.

What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:
Product Development
- Support CEO to work with relevant teams throughout product development process: market research, product design, prototype development, sourcing
- Set up customer trials, analysis and reports
- Join the CEO in different meeting with teams and partners, write up recaps and follow-ups
- Internal team management of project timeline and performance
- Support in recruitment process
- Work on a variety of projects with press, universities and different organizations with the CEO: interviews, talk shows, press releases, designing internship programs…
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners
- Have highly innovative and creative thinking skills
- A resourceful problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker when faced with challenges
- Curious and willing to question how things are done and how they could be done better
- Ready to bring fun into your workplace but willing to put in long hours when required
- Background in Marketing or Operations is preferred
