As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join us in building and scaling our brand presence in Vietnam and beyond.
Role Summary
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in driving Ru9’s online growth and strengthening its position as a leading D2C brand. You will lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing efforts, focusing on performance marketing and customer acquisition across multiple channels. You will collaborate with the internal marketing team, external agencies, and cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and customer experience) to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy (40%)

Build and own the overarching digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Define, monitor, and optimize key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to achieve business objectives.

Plan and allocate budgets across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, email marketing, and others.

Lead Performance Marketing Efforts (30%)

Drive paid media campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to scale revenue while optimizing costs (e.g., CAC, ROAS).

Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Continuously optimize ad spend and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in paid media platforms.

Optimize Website and Conversion Funnel (20%)

Collaborate with the product and web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for traffic, conversion, and user experience.

Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, or similar platforms and suggest actionable insights.

Work on SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

Team Leadership and Collaboration (10%)

Manage and mentor a growing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality assets for campaigns (e.g., visuals, videos, copy).

Partner with other departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, and Operations) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Key Requirements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C, e-commerce, or startup environment.

Proven track record in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc.) with a strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.

Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance monitoring tools.
Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and storytelling in the digital space.
