Data Analyst Intern

Ru9 is looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join our team of dreamers. 

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be involved in variety of projects related to deliver business intelligence & user insights in all aspects of our organization including operations, logistics, product development, digital marketing and customer experience to provide actionable data-driven insights.

What you will be doing when you are not sleeping:

  • Produce weekly reports, monthly reports and presentation materials as and when needed
  • Support in developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide analysis to optimize business performance across disciplines - CX, Ops, Marketing, Product Development... 
  • Work with CRM to uncover customer insights and make recommendations regarding product and operational decisions

Who are you:

  • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
  • Meticulous to details, diligent and strong willingness to take challenges
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, SQL, XML and data visualisation tool like Data Studio, Tableau is the big plus
  • Have a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
  • A resourceful self-starter with a can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding time management and project management skills
