Social Media Manager
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and sales targets.

Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

Creator Collaboration: Work with freelance content creators and influencers to produce engaging content that resonates with our audience and expands our reach.

Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and create and/or manage social media campaigns.

Analytics: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.

Conversion Optimization: Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, including the management of social media ads to maximize reach and conversions.

Trends Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends and tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to create a cohesive and successful brand voice.
Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in managing and executing social media strategies with clear KPI improvements in engagement rate, conversion rate, and reach.

Social Media Expertise: Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.

Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills and ability to produce visually appealing content.

Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate a clear, persuasive argument and to communicate complex information accurately.

Innovative Thinking: Ability to identify new opportunities and channels for brand promotion.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

CRM Knowledge: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
