Sales & Customer Excellence Manager

Ru9 is looking for the position of Sales & Customer Service Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM to join the company's team.   • Directly implementing and simultaneously managing human resources in the department to ensure the business plan targets set out in each period.

  • Plan and implement ongoing training and education programs for employees

  • Record reviews and feedback from customers, send it to the marketing and product development department to constantly improve and meet customer needs.

  • Coordinate with related departments such as Marketing, Operations, Accounting to bring a seamless customer experience before - during and after purchase.

Who are you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the position of Sales & Customer Service Team Leader or similar positions

  • Have the ability to think, analyze, organize and plan for the business department

  • Has good interaction skills, is comfortable when starting a conversation and is always proactive in maintaining relationships with customers

  • Ability to solve situations and work under high pressure

  • Able to adapt in an ever-changing, fast-growing startup environment with a creative mindset and a willingness to innovate
