Accountant

Ru9 is looking for a position Accountant (full time) to join the company's team.

Besides sleeping well, what will you do at Ru9:

  • Check and compare invoice documents for payments - collect money when incurred, and update data into accounting software in a timely manner.
  • Compare daily arising import and export vouchers, update data into accounting software.
  • Check and compare documents, update data into accounting software, issue invoices, send to customers goods for export and sale.
  • Check and collate vouchers, update data into accounting software for purchases.
  • Regularly make records of debt reconciliation with suppliers, customers, and internally.
  • Periodically gather data to report VAT and PIT.
  • Collect data and send periodic reports to the Head of Department and the Board of Directors according to the Company's regulations.
  • Store documents, ensure security requirements according to the Company's regulations.
  • Support Departments to strictly implement processes effectively for the common goal of the Company.< /span>
  • Perform other tasks as directed and requested by the Head of Department, the Board of Directors.

Requirement:

  • Graduated from college or higher majoring in finance - accounting.
  • Gender: Female
  • Age: from 24 years old
  • Experience: 1-2 years as a tax accountant or general.
  • Ability to complete the assigned work well, adaptability to grasp the job well, acumen when handling work.
  • Know the current regulations, tax laws, accounting standards.
  • Knows how to use Misa software, good at Office: Excel, Word, other
  • Salary: 11-14 million (according to capacity and experience in the interview)
