Ru9 100-night free trial policy applies for customers who buy one of the following three product lines:
- Ru9 Original Foam Mattress
- Nest by Ru9 Foam Mattress
- Niu Pillow (Graphene Foam)
In the first 100 nights since the delivery date, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you’ll be able to return the mattress and receive a full refund. Meanwhile, Ru9 encourages you to try your new mattress for at least 14 days for your body to have a chance to adapt before deciding to return it.
This policy only applies to customers who buy products from one of the Ru9 authorized distribution channels. If you are not the original buyer, you are not eligible for returning the product. To complete the product refund, we will ask you to present a receipt or proof of your purchase and be present at the time of the scheduled delivery.
This policy is aimed to give you time to experience, therefore, it is limited to the first and only product in each product line per household, and cannot be used to exchange for another size.
To return the mattress, you only need to contact Ru9 customer support through Hotline 1900636321 or Ru9 Facebook/Website/Email channel and provide your purchase information. We’ll notify our logistics partner to schedule the pick-up at your convenience.
The returned goods must be in the original condition and not damaged by external impact. Ru9 will not use the returned products for sale to other guests but we will clean, re-wrap, and donate it to charity.
Once confirming the receipt of the mattress, Ru9 will start the refund process of the original purchase amount to the bank account number you provided within 7 business days.
Besides, this policy does not apply to the Ru9 Custom mattresses as they are made according to customer’s specifications.
